Ownership
Ownership of goods will belong to the original purchaser only and any communications will only be through Fur n Feather and original purchaser.

General
Fur n Feather provides top quality branded goods. The customer is guaranteed to be supplied in the most efficient manner possible at competitive prices. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions received by Fur n Feather via the telephone, Internet, mail and email. The placement of an order through these methods indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. Terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All images, descriptive matter, specifications in our advertisements, relayed by telephone and on the Internet are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description. Full details of specifications are available from manufacturers brochures or their websites. Product & Pricing Information
We believe that all prices are correct at time of publishing E & OE. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. All goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is received. All product specifications, images and other information published in our advertisements and on our website have been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers and publications. Fur n Feather cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information and prices described, published or quoted. All prices quoted on our website are fully inclusive of VAT @ 15% but exclude delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice. Specifications are subject to change without notice. Any errors on the online invoice will be corrected in the final invoice and you will be notified of the changes.

Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and sometimes delays are outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Cancellations
In line with the distance selling regulations 2000 you are required to send a notice of cancellation in writing if required, including fax or e-mail, stating customer account number, sale number and reason for cancellation of the goods. A telephone call is not enough to constitute cancellation. If you exercise your right to cancel such goods the ownership of the goods will revert to the supplier. These items will remain the property of the consumer and will not be credited. The regulations impose a responsibility on the consumer to take reasonable care of any goods that have been supplied. The obligation applies before as well as after the consumer has given the notice of cancellation. This provision is designed to ensure such goods can be sold as new again. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods and damages will be at the customers risk. We interpret reasonable care as meaning the goods are in perfect condition with all box and packaging intact. All accessories must be unopened. Goods that have not been agreed by the customer services department for return will not be accepted and refused. Goods that do not meet the above criteria and are not resalable as new will be subjected to additional surcharges.

Payment
Fur n Feather accepts all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch via our PayPal portal. You must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, which is held with your credit/debit card company. Any incorrect information given will cause delays in your ordered being processed. Your order will only be processed once an authorisation code has been received. Cheques and postal orders take a minimum of 10 days until payment has cleared then goods can be released for dispatch. Fur n Feather do not currently make a surcharge for credit card transactions.

Acceptance & Risk
When the goods are delivered to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your risk. Any transit damage, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.


Notification of Claims

Damage in Transit
If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carriers delivery consignment note and it is the customers responsibility to notify us within 3 days of receipt by fax or email.

Shortages
It is the customers responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carriers delivery consignment note and report any shortages within 3 days of receipt by fax or email.

Incorrect Goods
It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Deliveries
We will not accept any liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Warranty Repairs
All goods over 14 days since receipt by the customer will be repaired in line with the manufacturers warranty. In most cases, manufacturers provide an On-site or collect and return service which offers you the most convenient resolution. In these instances we fully expect you to take up the manufacturers service offers. We advise all customers to retain box and packaging where possible, as you will be solely responsible for any damages caused due to non-original packaging. Customer services will contact you and provide you with a returns address and reference number. This information must be clearly marked on the box as unmarked returns will not be accepted and returned. The minimum test fee is £15.00 + VAT & carriage and will be incurred on occasions whereby the goods returned are not faulty.

Warranty & Liability
The Company will not be liable for any damaged goods or injuries resulting from use of any products. The Company does not provide warranties on any merchandise. Any warranty or promises made by the manufacturers are solely their liability.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of the information made available on this web site.
Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
